Saravanan Murugan is a Senior IT Quality Analyst at General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), where he leads quality assurance initiatives for the New York State Health Exchange Program. He has over a decade of experience in Software testing, Quality Assurance, and Test automation, specializing in data warehousing, ETL, SOA, and Manual and Automated testing across various domains, including healthcare, banking, and Supply chain management. He has successfully led testing efforts for significant projects, such as the Massachusetts Health Exchange Program at Optum, Citibank through Polaris Software Labs, and Cashedge (Fiserv) for Bank of America and credit unions. He holds a Master’s in Computer Networks from Middlesex University in London and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science and Engineering from Periyar University.
