I am an Assistant Professor IV at North Eastern Mindanao State University (NEMSU), Philippines. I am the program coordinator of the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (BECED) Program in the College of Teacher Education Department. Currently working on my dissertation in educational management and early childhood education. I was a preschool teacher before for 10 years and currently in the higher education for 10 years already. I am active in research and extension activities.
