Thus far, he has excelled in various roles, including Lead Business Architect, Lead Business Analyst, Data Analyst, SME, Scrum Master, and PM. He has consulted for over a dozen P&C Insurance carriers, globally. Currently, he serves as a Sr. Manager – Business Analysis Lead at Duck Creek Technologies, India.
Outside of work, Theo enjoys reading, writing, and music. He has a keen interest in technology and firmly believes in its potential as a catalyst for change.
