Buchi Okereke is a Senior Reservoir Management Advisor with Chevron at Tengizchevroil (TCO), supporting Tengiz Field. With 18 years of upstream oil and gas experience in Nigeria and Kazakhstan, he specializes in production and reservoir engineering, contributing to multi-billion-dollar projects. He also served as a Planning Analyst, aiding executive strategy and performance efforts. Buchi has led initiatives in cost reduction, project improvement, and competitor analysis. A fellow of NSE and COREN-registered engineer, he volunteers actively with SPE. He has authored one published paper and holds B.Eng. and M.Sc degrees in Petroleum Engineering from Federal University of Technology, Owerri and Heriot-Watt University, Edinburgh.
