Tom is a Cloud Support Engineer at AWS with five years of dedicated experience. He has gained extensive expertise in cloud-based messaging systems by guiding hundreds of customers through the process of migrating their on-premises systems to the cloud and troubleshooting any issues that arise. Tom is also an active Fellow of the British Computer Society (FBCS) and works with IEEE Humanitarian Technology Tech4Good to review proposal submissions. Additionally, he mentors a winning team from the 2025 IEEE Connecting the Unconnected (CTU) Challenge, helping their project scale and achieve further growth in adoption.
