He has delivered 17 keynotes including DATA Summit 2026 Boston, AICCoNS 2026 Dubai, and IEEE IMED 2026 Malaysia. He has completed 250 peer reviews across 30+ international conferences in 8 countries. He serves as CES Innovation Awards 2026 Judge and IEEE Computer Society Awards Judge. Milan chairs the ACM Houston Professional Chapter and mentors 3,500+ professionals.
