Dr. Pushkar Singh Rawat is a dedicated biochemist with extensive expertise in clinical biochemistry and neurobiology. He is currently associated with the Department of Biochemistry, Lucknow University, Lucknow, India. He has built a strong academic and research profile based on rigorous training and impressive scientific contributions. He received his PhD in Biochemistry in 2022, focusing on Lead (Pb) toxicity in children, with a focus on environmental toxicology and public health. He completed his B.Sc. in Biology (2012) and M.Sc. in Biochemistry (2014) from Lucknow University, Lucknow, India. He also holds a Diploma in Pharmacy (2008) from Government Polytechnic Dwarahat, Almora, Uttarakhand, India. Dr. Rawat has received several prestigious honors, including the ICMR-SRF (2019–2022), and has qualified national/state exams in life sciences, such as ASRB-NET, CG-SET, HP-SET, and U-SET. Dr. Rawat is an active researcher with numerous peer-reviewed publications in renowned journals. Additionally, Dr. Rawat has contributed several international book chapters on topics such as Toxicology, Nutraceuticals, Medicinal Plants, and Plastic Biodegradation, Artificial Intelligence, Forensic Science demonstrating his interdisciplinary and applied scientific approach.
